Brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and development. His current focus includes land acquisition for self-storage development, as well as the acquisition of existing properties for conversion to self-storage facilities. He is also actively involved in navigating the land entitlement, permitting, and approval process, helping ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.
